Casual Elegance

Tucked away down a dirt road through flowing fields and a pine grove alongside a pristine coastline in midcoast Maine, sits a classic farmhouse built in 1851. Recent renovations have redefined the structure and breathed new life into its walls. The workmanship is exemplary, the design elements are meticulously inspiring, and the new exposed views from inside…breathtaking! This property was a joy to photograph.

One note to the photos…the last image is of a slightly smaller than life-sized print  of a photograph I made of an eight foot structural post in the kitchen that was revealed during the reconstruction process. The post was preserved and functions behind a wall  in the kitchen,  the print hangs in the stairwell.
