Here’s a great renovation project…The Hathorn Block in Richmond, Maine was vacant and deteriorating to the point the historic landmark was close to being demolished. Fossel Preservation Partners stepped in and purchased the building from the town with plans to create both retail and residential space. I caught up with the project mid-renovation with the space gutted and ready to be put back together.
